Mike, I also bought this primarily on the strength of insider buying.
These guys expect to double their money, at least.

However, it does seem to be an example of the idea that if you have a couple of similar companies do not buy the cheaper one from a valuation point of view but buy the better one. I have made a lot of mistakes like that in recent years -- in technology it is not valuation and balance sheets that count but growth rates.

You've got a good point there. If Redstone and the insiders get enough shares they can take the company private by offering didley for the remaining shares. If they have a controlling interest the rest of us are out of luck. A couple of years down the road the do an IPO and cash out with the shares we should have had.
The only ones who make out on the class action suits are the lawyers. Great business for them.
