The key to D. Doss's observation is that the buys are in big blocks. True, there were sells to establish the large blocks that were bought, but there could have been 80 small investors each selling 1000 shares that were amalgamated into the big Buy blocks. Again, I think the point is that the Buys are in BIG blocks, meaning that institutions or knowledgeable people with big amounts of money are getting in. (Of course, I'm assuming that D Doss verified that these transactions are at the Asked price - indicating Buys - and not at the Bid.)
