When Professional Edge was only available for pay, it used
to be that Professional Edge got first pick at IPOs, not
just priority notification. I think they should have
continued that policy with Power E*Trade platinum
customers.

OTOH, they may have a business case to do it this way,
but I won't go into that on this thread.
