Latest update on new claymore:
Good to see that there is so much activity in the Calling Lake area. As
you know, New Claymore has about 470,000 acres in the area with joint
venture partners Abaddon and Buffalo Diamonds.

We just completed airborne mag surveys with Abaddon on the Calling Lake and
Rusalka Prospects. Abaddon has the data and is planning their next move.

We are about half done a large airborne mag survey in the area around the
Mountain Lake kimberlite, and should have the data in about a month.

We will be drilling on the Erda-Cox prospect near Slave Lake sometime in
the next month or so. cheers, jerry
