And if tech was only 12% why did it fall so low!?! That's a very good question. David Tice, do you read this thread ?

Hello jags, I think if you every got a look at Tice with his duds off (not that I'd want to mind you)he is probably nothing but scar tissue from the waist on down from the bear traps he has been caught in. From what I had gathered from his market commentary of two weeks ago he was backing off some of the higher flying issues. With the Nazdaq up 1000 points since the Oct. lows in this manic environment what was to stop it from advancing another 1000. I think he has been in a capital preservation mode waiting until he can look the bear right in the eye before he'll pull the trigger again. It will not be until he is comfortable pulling that trigger that you will be happy with his performance. Big Guy
