How about the one companies have fallen in love with using? It comes in two ugly variations:

"We have incentivized our management team." An example of brute force.

"We have incented our management team." It's only a blink of an eye to spring for that larynx!

I can't seem to find it, but the topic of "verbing" has come up here before. "Incent" was one of the key offenders.
It's my experience that the people directly responsible for this deliberate warping of language are Human Resources and Public Affairs folks. They tend to dress up to conceal the fact that they reproduce asexually.
