I hadn't seen this before -- Bank@Home by Union Bank of CA:

uboc.com

Aggressive promotion -- an ad popped up in Quicken when I downloaded my daily stock quotes today. They offer to pay you $50 if you pay a bill online.

Pricing -- better than Chase, but not as good as the promo makes it sound (read the fine print)From my quick reading -- and feeble memory -- they give you 10 free Quicken updates per month but charge you for every one over that. They give you 25 free bill payments per month but charge you for each one over that. Looks like checking is free if you have a monthly paycheck deposited electronically. Do your own DD if you feel like signing up

Supports -- Quicken, Money, etc. Pretty good.

IMO this is the way ALL banks ought to be competing for the PC banking biz.
