I sympathize with you in your loss...

having bought and held CSMA shares last yr.... a real blood bath in the portfolio ... but I chalk it up to experience.

I would not be too down on pennies though. Many are just struggling little companies that really want to bring an honest return to the shareholders and themselves. Some are major SCAMOS.

I am by nature a speculator and to date I can not tell you whether CSMA is a scam or not. I know that the AdHatter division was/ [is] pumping out the products...I have seen them [Kragen Auto / Save Mart Supermarts] and I have talked to the distributors and I have the little color broucher and dealer pricing schedule. In my opinion this...in and of itself validates to me that the company did have some legitimate business. I cant speak for the other divisions....but if they were really working and endeavoring to make a profit... my hat is off to them.

It could be that the Envirotech well is nothing more than a hole in the ground.... but a mine is just a hole with a liar on top -- and everybody luvs em...call it pride of ownership.

Lets face it --- there is probably nobody here that has peared into the hole ... just like there was nobody that was trading BRE-X that actually went to the property and made certain the validity of the claims.

I am enjoying a glass of wine [more like a bottle :)] and pondering the matter as I speak....and I think that tommorrow morning ... if the bid / ask doesnt raise I will buy some shares of CSMA to average down...I am going to put some $$ here as a small token of my faith in some sort of recovery....

I have to tell you that I suspect that the price has been manipulated down to these levels and it would not surprise me at all if there was some sort of news or hype that begins to cause this stock price to rise. I am not extolling SCAMMO activities in the BBs...I just know for a fact that BBs often go up much higher than we ever dreamed imaginable and come down faster and farther that we ever would think possible.

Futhermore, I suspect that after the spinoff that CSMA shares will be have a small float and small amount of outstanding shares.... and one more thing...If these guys running the business are scamsters, well then, let them have at it and take the price back up to 2.50 again with some brilliant scam...i will sell my shares and all the tears shed over my former losses will be forgotten.

Barginstocker ---- who capitulates to the level of a common thread moron by saying ... GO0oooo0000 CSMA!

Ok ... I confess the wine was talking last nite :)

but in order to keep my word .... those 5300 shares purchased this morning are mine .... BIG SPENDER HUH? Actually, my cahones shriveled ...LOL

and besides...a little selling at .045 would knock it down to .05 on the ask.

Barginstocker - cautiously throwing dimes at dollars lost.
or you could say ... cautiously throwing hundreds at thousands lost :(

IB Mikey - I didn't receive any "shareholders" letter so don't have a clue what Mr.Elrod has in mind. Can't say I'm optimistic. So at this point, our best hope for csma shares is that it turns into a shell? (Sounds like that strange merger from last year.)

Anyway - any news on the spinoffs we own?
Peter
P.S. And, no more pennies for me.
