In addition, there will be interactive program advertisements which, when selected, will offer detailed program descriptions and video previews. Popular features like Browse, Flip, Search, Reminder, Parental Control and PPV Ordering have been enhanced to provide viewers with even more control of their television viewing experience. New features also include a TV Guide Channel link allowing viewers to select By Time to access the TV Guide Channel. From there, the viewer can press any key and gain full, interactive control of the bottom half of the screen while they continue to enjoy the exciting video content on the top half. Prevue Interactive is distributed in more than 800 cable systems in the United States and Canada, is installed in over 1 million cable subscriber homes and is growing by an estimated 10,000 subscribers each day. Prevue Networks also markets its Prevue(R) Express interactive program guide for the General Instrument CFT-2200 advanced analogue set-top box.
