Hi Richie- I was looking forward to an entire day on the computer since I was home for a change. Early I was able to get on but I made the mistake of getting off to shovel some snow--then couldn't get back on. The answer to all three questions is "No." I know I'll get a Compaq (out of shareholder loyalty), but until I get all my questions answered, it won't be ordered. My plan was to write a letter to CPQ but since I'm having one hell of a time finding a site (or store) for getting the inside scoop on the Xerox printers I am interested in, I might just go the e-mail way since Steve had such good results. I really don't think a handwritten letter--especially with my chicken-scratch handwriting-- would be appreciated. Lynn
