as I understand it, yes... 400kbs.... from 6pm to 6am.. I work during the day, so this is perfect for me.. Using them as an ISP you get 5megs web space, email, and 30,000 newsgroups broadcasted to you hourly, I believe... The thought of being able to download a new version of Netscape in under 5 min is alittle heart fluttering.. :) druggist p.s. I forgot. price is 29.95 or 39.95 a month for 100 hours... during the day, I believe it is a $1.00/meg download..
