Very well said. I believe it all comes down to the credibility of what management tells their shareholders. ANyone that has followed this deal for some time knows of all the promises and predictions that have been made. Predictions are not the point. Promises and statements concerning past issues/performance is the point. There is not one logical reason why last years financials are being kept confidential. But the one point that concerns me more is the editing of financials that they did release. You said it best in an earlier post. What possible reason would they have for not releasing revenues? The only reason seems to be that they have none. Naturally this would be a big problem since they have told shareholders that they DO have revenues. Here lies the real issue. Did they tell the truth and if not, what else have they said that wasn't true?

Some can call me names and bring up questions about my motives. But, these are rational and common sense points of view.
