Look for news on MANU tomorrow. Looks like either ORCL or SAP will buy it. I've heard rumblings of MSFT visiting their offices to evaluate the company as well. Board supposedly met today, hence the high volume and strong move up. Check out post from Yahoo on GBIX. True: Get in now BEFORE the new shares are here...... by: ggekko__1 1118 of 1122 The reason for this is two-fold: 1) The insiders of GBIX are NOT selling shares in the deal. In fact, this deal by Bear Stearns, DLJ, & Lehman is NOT a secondary; it is a PRIMARY. It's a Primary offering simply because of this reason. When Marc Bell doesn't change his holdings in GBIX with this deal coming, it can be taken as ONLY bullish!!! (In fact, he recently PURCHASED shares of his own stock - can we ask for more?) 2) The offering should be explosive, as all other internet IPO's have been: UBID, EBAY, TGLO, MKTW (tomorrow), EXDS, etc..... It would not be good for the underwriters' institutions/customers for this NOT to be a high flier. Therefore, it is wise to buy NOW, BEFORE the offering. And with only 2 million shares in the float now (and nobody willing to short it), it should be a self fulfilling prophesy. Word is they want to price it around $25.00! So anything up to 25 is a steal, as after it's placed, it should easily be beyond $30.00!!! Look out EXDS, PSIX, CNCX, and VRIO.......Here we come!!!!! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
