Rock nj,

The company was privately held. Yes, you explained it better, the whole reverse merger thing. And when I called the company last month, they told me that the meeting and subsequent merger was the key to this whole thing. And previous to the 2.25 that I bought some at, if you look on a chart, it was higher than that earlier, and some big investors (Now this comes from the company, so take it for what it is worth) supposedly bought it as high as 2.5 and even 2.625. But again, I don't have some really close relative working for the place, so take that for what it is. But we're close now, and they have come through on everything they said they were going to do.

I think the whole idea of a reverse merger is pretty cool. It should be very interesting, and hopefully profitable.
