No, Brandon, there has never been talk about spinning-off some of netradio to NAVR shareholders.

If you are looking for a speculative internet spin-off play, check-out CPQ. There are two perspectives on CPQ's announcement that they are buying shopping.com: 1. CPQ is not going to spin-off or IPO Alta Vista; 2. CPQ is beefing-up Alta Vista with the buy before spinning-off A V to CPQ shareholders or giving shreholders some and IPOing the rest.

I would only buy CPQ for a potential A V play if I didn't mind not having A V spun-off, meaning you don't mind holding shres of CPQ ne way or the other.
