Aya, I think I can translate most of this. (I tend to understand multiple-ese pretty well) As of 11/98, 20M shares are authorized, of which a little more than 4.5 M are issued. Float is about 3M and some lawyer has about 365K shares. In Nov. of 96 they did their IPO for 1.36M shares and warrants for $5 per "unit" (one share and one warrant for $5) but he didn't say what the strike price of the warrants are. Long term debt is $14K @ 8.65%, capital leases are $53K. He also goes on to say that 9,360 preferred shares are outstanding, but also does not say what the conversion is on those. Please correct me if I'm wrong, all you "objectives".
