Has Wit every confirmed that the reference number
has anything to do with _when_ you applied? Is
there a chance it's random or something?

this boy never flipped any shares with wit before 60 days,
I did flip ebay on opening day with etrade! Maybe there's a central record of flippers among the online brokers, and maybe not , these clowns can't even handle customer service promptly.
