Liren, a correct calculation, as I have seen it somewhere else. But pls be aware to take away at least the discount for the deferred taxation. At high mktw prices(200?), like ubid, still take out another 20% discount for liquidity reasons.

That is assumingb zero mkt discount and BTW DBCC owns 3.7 mill.shares

The market values Held shares at half of market so DBCC is worth half of your numbers..
