- I think I figured out why ALU is trading at such a huge discount to other net stocks... and it's b/c there's no firm plan in place to do an ipo of the net business... - From the Prudent Spec... "An initial public offering of FC is likely in the near-future, especially after Allou CEO Herman Jacobs just agreed to convert a $3 million loan into an equity interest in the online venture" - I then did some DD & looked on the yahoo thread and Edgar. - While there's every indication that ALU will do a spin off. I don't see it in writing anywhere by the Company. - If anyone can tell me what the terms of the ipo will be; what the shareholders of the ALU common will receive; or anything else, I'd be very appreciative. Thanks.
