BeOS -- I like it. But I still haven't swapped out the network card with something that is supported, so it is very limited until then.
I'll try to grab some time to do it this weekend.... but it involves stealing the card out of my main machine and swapping. Recompiling both kernels... hoping no inturrupt conflicts, etc.

It uses the GNU tools and bash for the shell, which I like.
Their terminal sucks, but I bet I can find a good third-party or freeware one once I get networking going.

_Very_ easy to set up. Good looking GUI. Smooth running and very responsive. I haven't played with the capabilities of the advanced stuff like their 64-bit filesystem, but I will soon.

I would use it as a full-time desktop machine if it had X support so I could run my Linux programs remotely.
