My own uneducated take on all this - just my OWN THOUGHTS:. 1. GBFE has been trying to sell the biz at the new Wisconsin plant (see old news releases); 2. Employees at the Wisconsin plant have reported visitors coming to look at the plant over the last month (see old posts at Yahoo); 3. Disney has their own children's book publishing business, and make different versions of the same type books they license to GBFE (last time I checked, anyway!) Pure conjecture, now: 4. One of the co's looking at the WISCONSIN PRINTING BIZ was Disney? 5. When asked, Disney's CEO says yeah, we've looked at 'buying' GBFE - but what he meant was they've looked at buying the printing business in Wisconsin? 6. The press takes the ball and runs with it? Again, just my own CONJECTURE. JEM
