I did Hours of DD on GBFE last nite. Disney and GBFE are a perfect fit. The only problem is that they are 150 million in debt and they are selling there new factory. I think this will be a great deal but I don't think it will bode well short term for shareholders. I have seen this sort of thing before. The big boys are up to there eyeballs in debt. A deal is made. The big boys all make money and the little guy ends up getting screwed. It's a Jungle out there!!!

>>>DBCC current longs - Kind o' reminds me of the Teletubbies. I did well going long on DBCC, but the time to leave was a few days ago - just look at a chart.

Anyhooowww, when the longs who are STILL in discover that DBCC will not "rocket up" this morning before the MKTW IPO launch, they will be doing one huge collective "uh-oh" and start scurrying about, banging into each other as they try to get out of their positions in a panic, causing DBCC to tank rather sharply (uh-oh). When the dust settles in a few days, I will cover at $15 or so.

(as I wipe away a tear)
