Sudhir,
It is very dificult to get the correct perspective or big picture when you are standing to close. Sometimes some distance and time is required to see what in hindsight may appear obvious. Just my thoughts. I look forward to your continued posts. They are much appreciated.
On an other note, I don't believe a good property is enough or indeed, will ever reach its potential, without sound and quality people behind the operating company. IMO, Snap Lake is where it is because of the people at Winspear.

Sudhir, I think you're hitting on the real problem here...
If some of these investors had insider information to help make the decision to invest, is that not improper and if so, I guess all these other letter writters are saying, where's our bit. - regards - denis

Are you suggesting that they didn't disclose all the information and bought stock for themselves without releasing all the data? Is this okay if it happened? What could they have learned?
