Well put....There's no money now for certain groups of people who ended up close to the bottom..they are out of the number count of the unemployed...I see it everyday since I work with homeless people who can't find affordable housing or jobs to pay for housing if they are lucky enough to find one...cities are too expensive to live in for most people...etc...........
