Angier, in a nutshell, they finally got through the auction of TBR last July after all kinds of complications. The resulting companies are TNE, TSP, TCS, EMT, TCP, TRO, TSU,TSD, TCN, TMB, TBE, TND, and the soon to be liquidated remaining shell TBR. There is much complicated history...most from the last 18 months or so thoroughly documented on this thread. I suppose if you wanted a reasonably thorough understanding, perusing the thread from late August on up would take you from the auction forward. sf
