Great stuff, I talked with BR yesterday and asked some of the same questions but I must bow to the master. I think it is a good buying time. I also told him how much investor interest has been lost because they didn't Blue Sky the company in Calif. I gave the thing to my broker in Guess where the silicon valley, he was getting ready to post it on the Paine Webber pick list in central and northern calif for his monthly entry into a crossfeed of ideas game they play year round for incentives. The SEC voided all his solicited trades and so goes the recommendation. BR assured me yesterday that the legal guys are working the issue since the e-mail I sent him. I will let you all know how it turns out. By the way my trades are still OK. Dave
