Your right, sort of....

Yogen Fruz year end was August 31, 1998 which felt the impact of rising butterfat prices, hence the lower earnings. From Sept 1 to Nov 31 the butterfat price spiked up and peaked, which means the Q1 results we are waiting for will have a greater negative impact on earnings because of this price. Q2 (Dec 1 to Feb 28) looks like butterfat prices sharply decline, but so will demand for frozen yogurt (sales) during this period.

The only thing we don't know is if price hedging took place.
