There has been no official change to my knowledge, but they've been calling themselves HIE for some time now. see hie.com

Name change is being considered I believe. The name Healthdyne caries some bad luggage with it in Georgia and certainly makes no sense anymore. You probably have noticed that in the lead of releases now they call themselves HIE. I would not be surprised to see that becomes an actual change
