You are dead wrong in calling AMD investors a bunch of suckers.
I have made a lot of money in AMD both long and short. The idea is to to trade this stock. Not hold on forever. Like 90% of all investorss because they can't make up their minds when to sell.

Webster, AMD is still above its 200 day M.A., which means that the average investor who bought at the average price over the last 200 days is still making money. Furthermore, anyone who bought right after the last earnings report is still making a LOT of money.
