TO ALL:

Lots of very good and very interesting repoirte on the thread today and this evening. To LAandParis, concerning the technical analysis. I can find no flaws in your analysis. It seems sound and well grounded. Having said that I must admit I am not to sure that such technicals/fundamentals as PE, P/S has much bearing on this sector at present. Valuations for the other entities which have been presented here (GLCCF, GGNC, AIEE, SNMM, CRY, IGNIF, SBET...) seems to me to be more based on, for the most part, astronomically hyped press releases of projected revenues and growth. In other words these entities, along with the help of day traders and hypesters have created SEX appeal in the internet CASINO stocks. WINR, to its credit, has yet to participate in this brand of strategy. Each press release of WINR's has been VERY conservative; and, for a very good reason, CREDIBILITY! This takes me to my next line of thinking.....(segue)

Many here have wondered, out loud, why WINR is lagging so far behind the other stocks in this sector. I think, perhaps, it has to do with the fact that WINR has somewhat of an identity crisis when it comes to investors & traders. First, and foremost, WINR is not and should not be considered in the same sector as the CASINO stocks, as WINR is NOT a CASINO, rather it is an internatinal internet financial account service company that, at this point in time, is catering exclusively to the consumers of the internet casino industry. I think a lot of traders come here looking for a casino (sex) and find an accounting service (highly profitable but not sexy). Therefore, to this point WINR has attracted a solid base of investors and very few day traders or penny runners. WINR will get sex when it becomes apparent to more traders just how big WINR will be if managed properly! That day will be when....

When it becomes apparent to the rest of the investing world that WINR, as it is to me, will be to the internet casino industry what VISA & MC are to retail. An example.....When you go shopping at the mall do you go to Dillards (GLCCF) and pay with a Dillards account, then to Sears (AIEE) and pay with a Sears card, then to J C Penney (GGNC) and pay with a Pennys card, then to Montgomery Ward (SNMM) and pay with a MW card? NO! why? Because VISA & MC** allow you to do all your shopping through one central assured account that you can easily monitor and is able to work out perks for you with these retailers because of their huge client base. WINR offers these very same services to the international internet consumer communitty. I think you can see where I am headed with this. Along these lines.....

I understand that WINR is currently planning and implementing a strong marketing campaign. I sincerely hope that this campaign will be aimed at the consumers rather than the investors or the clients. WINR needs to make itself, and the overwhelmingly superior service it can provide to the individual consumer, known. Once the consumer realizes the inherant superiority of the WINR system they will come in droves, at which point GLCCF (Dillards), AIEE (Sears), GGNC (J C Penney), SNMM ( Montgomery Wards)...et al, will be forced to capitulate (as these other entities did to VISA & MC) simply because that is what the consumer will WANT! So there you have it. If WINR plays there "cards" right, they will, in essence control nearly all of the financial transactions in the internet gaming industry, and we haven't even started on E-commerce yet!

Best Wishes,
Swedelo

**A small note about future E-commerce. Some have asked why not just use VISA or MC for international purchases. Many of the American institutions that back VISA & MC are, and will be reluctant to accept the Euro-dollar denomination for an extended period of time which could make a lot of European purchases difficult, if not impossible. WINR on the other hand has openly accepted the Euro as the standard and you will be able to freely trade and convert it in the WINR system.

You are in the ballpark with your analysis. WINR's current situation basically represents an arbitrage opportunity in that the information is already out there about the potential revenue from WINR's clients.

Stock prices are theoretically based on expectations of future cash flows, the timing of those cash flows, and the riskiness of those cash flows. Currently you see the expectations rising, the timing sooner, and the risk reduced as operations commence, all in WINR's favor.

In reality, movements in the stock price simply boil down to a supply/demand issue. I have been touting this stock for a while simply because of the great information that is already out there about potential cash flows. The risk of those cash flows is reducing every day the WINR is in operation.

I hope that my last valuation of WINR that I did a few weeks ago helped clarify the potential I see in WINR, I will be updating those calculations after we see some news on Interbet which should be shortly.
