Daniel. Here's the way I figured it....tell me if it makes sense. DBCC worth 10 bucks WITHOUT the stupid IPO....sounds believable.....OK? Got me so far? Let's say they own 40 percent, (I rounded off) of something that hits 70 bucks a share, (also quite possible). At 70 bucks a share of MKTW, DBCC=10 plus (.40x 70.00)= approximately 38 dollars a share. If IPO runs to only 50 bucks a share.....DBCC= 10 plus (.40 x $50)= 30 bucks a share.

The action for DBCC is if MKTW starts beating 50 bucks a share. In all honesty it NEEDS $50 a share to maintain its current level. The jury is still out?
