Just did a writeup on INCY over on the INCY thread, check it out. Also, may as well go public with scuttle butt I heard from an analyst at H&Q on Centocor. Word is that Chiron has a blocking patent on Remacade that is going to be tough on CNTO. The feeling is that Chiron is negotiating with CNTO to get either a big double digit licensing cut or they will sue their asses and block the product. The view also was that CNTO was too arrogant to negotiate for a cheaper license before the product was approved for market. Holding CNTO was not advised. I'm not sure it would be a great short, but I wouldn't hold it long. Don't ask me any questions on this at this is all I will have to say regarding this. Rman
