What does "reasonable doubt" have to do with anything?

Otto,

>>Trial? Java and AOL are just two reasonable doubt cracks in the government's case against a company whose dominance is tied to an operating system that could become superceded by Java in five years. Not likely, but like I said, a reasonable [doubt] possibility.

Isn't the case about how MSFT has acted and not how it might act 5 years down the line? One could also project that MSFT will replace UNIX entirely and so we should add a server OS monopoly to the current charges of a desktop OS monopoly. How can the future have any bearing on this case?

Cheers,

Norm

CNBC's Ron Insana thinks that the bull market maybe over. What do you people think?

He might be right. It appears that the Bulls run is definitely over now that Michael has retired. Do you think that without MJ they can still win? But I look at the bears, they are even in a worse shape than the Bulls, they don't even have a coach. So for this year, I think the Bulls are still better than the Bears.
