Indi- What I know:

From Thompson Investor Tip sheet
Growth rate 30.76
Short interest shares 7524
Shares Outstanding: 8.49 Million
Shares Float: 5.6 Million
Market Cap: $64.7 Million

INDI has recently been upgraded (1/11/99) to a "buy" from "hold" by Southeast
Research Partners based purely on valuation (they claim INDI is undervalued compared
to peers). Southeast Research Partners set an initial price target of $8-$10 per share
and a positive upward adjustment if CBS Marketwatch opens higher after the IPO.

So it's a good buy now.
The Yahoo connection is not a rumor. These links are live. This just hasn't been announced.
I'm holding for the PR.
The link from the Yahoo Finance site to the new
INDI editorial section can be found at:

There is a rumor that Merril Lynch will be sending clients to the Magic 25, indi's answer to the S & P.
Many thanks to Sego on Raging Bull for the rumor info.

INDI connection to Maria on CNBC:

Oh yeah. It is said that Jono, the CEO of INDI is engaged to Maria the Money Honey on CNBC.

Not that that means anything, but kind of interesting.
