Petz - Re: "Why am I telling you all this? Can't you figure it out yourself?"

Well guess what?

Old Kumar probably WAS RIGHT !

If AMD had to go to a CXT core to get a paltry 400 MHz chip - then Kumar's predictions were made LONG BEFORE AMD ever had a CXT core.

And 1% WAS PROBABLY THE 400 MHz yield on the K6-2 (non CXT CORE) when KUMAR made his 1% prediction/observation.

Either way, it's academic.

AMD is being flushed sown the toilet bowl.

And 400 MHz parts are going to be unloaded for a LOT LESS in MARCH when they come percolating out of MegaFLop 25 than they would have fetched last November and December.

Wise up Petz.

Buy some Intel.

You'll love it.
