JP, I am so glad you pointed out the caps lock key to ROBERT and others,gg.( I'd never noticed it before!gg ). For the record I am one of the ?millions of computer illiterates that AOL allegedly is catering to. Learned how to type 20 years ago and then never touched it again. As a physician I don't have time to sit and type. For 20 years I always dictate and somebody else types. Thus there was no compelling reason for me to get on the computer because everything I needed was available in print. Same with hundreds of other docs I know. Thus as computers got out I had no clue what a cpu was. Finally as my 3 kids started running circles around me with the computer and making fun of me I said: this is it: I am learning. Our first ISP was AOL, 2 years ago. I became very fond of AOL. It did the job for me. Everything was working beautifully. Under constant prodding to upgrade to cable by my son I ended up with @Home and trying other things with my desktop; but I can assure that otherwise I would not have changed. It took a lot of time, trial and error, online with tech support to become more computer literate. I think however that there are millions like me. And a lot of them don't have the time that I have ( I can afford not to work, or to work intermittently ), to sit and learn about your PC. They want plug and play. AOL appears to be doing for them everything they need. Which is why AOL seems to be growing by leaps and bounds. It appears to me that Case and Co have hit the sweet spot of growth for PCs/ISP with the American public and I think with the coming broadband issues addressed, they'll go gangbusters. Broadband will be the rocket and ecommerce will be the rocket-fuel, gg, go AOL, TA
