Navarre Corp. (NAVR) rose 2 1/4, or 15 percent, to 17 1/2 as the software and music distributor said it appointed Edward Tomechko as president and chief executive of NetRadio Corp., a majority owned subsidiary. Former NetRadio Chief Executive Eric Paulson will continue as board chairman.
