CAVALCADE OF SPORTS NETWORK, Inc. Commences Project to Launch Satellite Sports Network

BELLEVUE, Wash., Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- CAVALCADE OF SPORTS NETWORK, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: WSPN) Management announced today that the Company has commenced the CAVALCADE OF SPORTS NETWORK project which encompasses a proposed 24 hour-a-day subscription satellite all sports network. The programming will include current and vintage sporting events. CAVALCADE OF SPORTS NETWORK, Inc. is in the process of completing a private placement financing. Management of CAVALCADE OF SPORTS NETWORK, Inc. includes Mr. Steven Bass, producer of sports events programs since 1975; Mr. Edward Litwak, noted national and international sports executive; and Broadcaster Bert Sugar, columnist for SPORTS BUSINESS JOURNAL. Mr. Sugar is one of the most respected authors and writers in the sports industry, with a number of programs including co-host of FOX SPORTS SUNDAY and SUGAR and SPICE on sports talk radio.

Joining the CAVALCADE OF SPORTS NETWORK, Inc. production staff is Tall Texan Productions and its president, Mr. Robert Goodrich. Mr. Goodrich has produced and directed such sporting events as the Summer and Winter Olympics, the INDY 500, Monday Night Football, the Rose and Sugar Bowls and ABC College Football.

CAVALCADE OF SPORTS NETWORK, Inc. plans to move its operations office to New York within the first quarter, 1999.

Yes ... hehe ... Like I said I am not as astute as others but I calculated it in the most defined pragmatic way i know, using their net after tax in the unaudited report.

Really I am a student standing at the chalkboard saying "looks like I did it right here, if not i have got to be close" ... and am hoping someone with a bit more education will step up to the board and clarify my calculations, with actual mathematical precision and examples.
