Hi again! I thought you might like to see this instead of just being told about it... I've been getting very distorted Time and Sales on the RTTrader system for a while now. Today I took the stock BANY and logged on and back off of each of your four servers twice. Each time I receive the same data from each one but NONE of the four where actually correct. This is a problem at your end it appears since I logged off and on and got the same data download each time. Here is the correct Time and Sales that I created from Farsight followed by the four different versions that I got from Andy, Bill, Laura and Sharon. The areas to pay attention to are from noon to 2pm and the last 30 minutes of the day. You might find that the data problem is the communications between you and your source. Please advise.
