Jerry, Give this some thought - in the past, every time the company put out good news, Broad would come along and (presumably) short sell into the rally negating the good news. Then they would convert and sell into the next "good news rally" - again negating the good news. Could it be, that with Feb 1st coming up, they are trying to keep a stable price to avoid repeating the past? On the other hand, some of my sources are saying Broad will be a non-issue based on what's going on. I agree, but a little preventative medicine sure can't hurt either.
