RE: One of them, a techie sales type with "contacts" at NN, sold last week, as he had heard rumours that the next 6-12 months would be weak due to failed contract talks

Chris,

Insiders often don't know as much about the company's stock price prospects as they think they do. And lower level employees seldom have a good picture of the short or long term future for the whole company.

In my experience, that's what leads to incorrect conclusions being taken as gospel by the novices.

In 95, a senior VP at BCE wondered why I still held its stock. His financial planner told him it was going nowhere. If you'd like to see a chart of a 4 bagger since 1995, click on this:

IMO, NN is a young and growing company, well positioned in the most rapidly growing business sector (I still have a tough time calling the Internuts a business sector) with a desirable and market share leading set of products.

Again, IMO, 2 things will drive above market growth for NN.

1.The bandwidth revolution that's sweeping the world.

2.Their Leading Edge set of products for the niches in which they compete.

Having Lutz and a professional Sales team certainly doesn't hurt their prospects. Rather it is just now starting to allow NN to show its true potential.

That's why I'd be rather reluctant to sell now.

But I might anyway. :-)

Ian.
