Yes, Brazil is rallying, but people should be aware that it is pure speculation at this point. The facts are that the real has fallen another 12% against the dollar this morning. The Brazilian central bank has allowed their currency to float freely, giving up on trying to support it themselves. Numbers without the background info mean little.
