I dislike the content of Mr. Flynt's magazine but I will defend to the death the right of local communities to outlaw it.

Hi Ish, it goes back to what we talked about so many months ago. The Democrats really have no defense for the Presidents behavior so instead of trying to defend the indefensible, they attack everyone else. It's really a tired old predictable playbook.

In the final analysis...

1. The President committed perjury.
2. The President abused his power and authority by trying to thwart a legal investigative process.
3. The President influenced others to lie for him.
4. The President lied to the American people.
5. The President lied to Congress.
6. The President acted in a shameful way in the Oval Office.
7. The President cheated on his family.
8. The President has lost the trust of the American people.
9. The President has cost the country millions upon millions of dollars by not resigning.
10. The President bribed Monica Lewinky with job offers in return for her silence.

The question is... will the Senate have the courage to put partisan politics aside and protect the Constitution? Or will William Jefferson Clinton be the first President able to stand above the laws of the people like a King?

Michael

Ish, I take it you prefer the impeccable methods of Drudge? Who can't be bothered to maintain the high standards of supermarket tabloid journalism?

Anyway, I must chide you gently for breaking up JLA's near record string of 12 pointless insulting posts in a row. Due to your interference, the string was broken at 9. Alternatively, if you want to carry your weight as a prospective partner in the truly tasteless tag team, you'll have to pick up the pace. 3 out of 15 just doesn't cut it.

LOL!! hahaha JLA

What if Barr had prevented the abortion and his wife died of the complications she was worried about?

IF being the operative word here. Just like when Cinderellas stepmom said she could go to the ball if she finished all the chores.

The problem of course is that the republicans shouted like a bunch of hyenas being mauled when the PBA issue came down to health of the mother - or did y'all conveniently forget that? Did Ms. Barr have a sworn statement from a doctor? If so, produce it. Too bad for the republicans they hung themselves with their own rope on this one. Health of the mother doesnt apply.
