As Bob Bowker says, we would need NEW bad news to put these stocks down to new lows. In my view, the NEW bad news scenario revolves around Brazil devaluation ripple effect on Venezuela having to do the same and Chavez less likely to cut as much as he otherwise might. Whether this comes to pass or not is not really as relevant as the Market's fear that it might come to pass. My 2c non technical this time (g)

Excellent point, Slider. Having come full circle on this issue, I agree with you that basically TA is bunk. It can give you clues about what may happen...but luck is 75% of it. I learned the hard way. Bought more FSELX yesterday. You guys really ought to check out HS. Long term play. Numbers tell me it should double next year. BTW I bought on the TA break out around $19! It's $16.50 now. Wow, what a method. <H>
