I have spoken to Al on the phone and it should be known that his now-pulled posts were the (probably much-enjoyed <G>) response to those said "groupies" (my term) and the attacks & such that they are allowed to get away with. His posts weren't responses to "pleasant" posts or statements. Think about it... His posts were just the tip of the iceberg, so anybody thinking he just felt like making them on a whim needs to take a better look at what was really going on. SI is still a place where these people <GASP> never do anything wrong themselves mind you, they are only doing what they love to attack others for doing. It is okay for them to do it, they just don't want anybody else to do it too. SSDD, really. Now, I'm not defending Al, only expressing some thoughts for him at his request. And it is my pleasure to do so. And making comments to or about someone who can't post here to defend him or her self is really low. ----------------------------------- Not much has changed since then, huh? BOTH sides resort to name-calling, innuendo, playing cat-and-mouse, etc., etc., ad infinitum. I believe that is still the gist... I only read this thread from time to time for my own entertainment. Period. That's about ALL it's good for and that goes for BOTH sides of the issue. See ya.
