Wade: The concept is conjecture on my part. I assume the company would want to be made whole, or as much as possible. I don't recall what they initially paid for their shares. It is information that may be available in the IPO filings with the SEC.

The concept of being bought out is consistent with the purchase provisions for Kaire International. That reportedly involves the purchase of existing company debt. Any subsequent income to Kaire International is contingent on earnings over the years to come.

Another alternative, possibly more remote, is to interrupt the sale, and restore the earlier plan of making an IPO.
