ThAT depends on the rate. If they are financing these acquisitions at $2.50/share....its great for everyone but the shareholders. Keep in mind that the people that own these auction houses have been doing business with and are friends of Rusty White. I would not be so negative if MLRE would just disclose the terms of these deals for all to see. If they have nothing to hide, then tell us. I doubt you will hear it though. The way i figure it, Outstanding shares have to be close to 15 million by now.....but agian, no answers from the company
