I think we have to wait until February when the financial cat will be let out of the bag. I do believe that management is taking a longer term view. They are looking to build the company and sell out to a larger one. So the stock price right now is not a major concern for them. They believe that once the company has grown they will get rewarded by being bought out. I do think that neither side understands the other side. Management does not know what it feels like to be down as much money as we are. And most of us bought more shares on the promise of the dividend. We are not privy to the internal workings and outlook of the company. I understand the pain of being down %50-%90, I am in this boat. I also think that this may be the first time the management of LEAH is dealing with shareholders. They may have given the dividend as a reward to loyal shareholders, but have been condescending in their attitude. I still believe that we will be well rewarded in the end. I seem to remember a small company that started buying up companies and became pretty big ..... Worldcom.
