My ISP (Epoch) has had troubles with their connections between eni.net and alter.net in the past. On heavy days, this used to be the bottleneck 8 hops from me.

But, Monday, thing were slow at the gateway from alter.net into Pershing. Once on the Pershing network, things were even slower. The 2.0 version, depending on how many stocks you are tracking, can generate a LOT more traffic on the network.
