I read in yesterday's San Jose Mercury Business section about the Lucent/Ascend deal. I feel this bodes well for E.Digital. Here are my reasons:

Lucent, in the past was part of AT&T, running the technology end of things with communications. They develop systems and software for telecommunications.
Ascend is involved with larger networks for telecommunication carriers, ISP's and corporations.

The article indicates that the goal would be to have a broadband of communication both voice and data, using digital technology.

Now, since Lucent is currently working with E.Digital on development, my take is that somehow this is related and therefore E.Digital should have a bright future!
